# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It comes together in under 30 minutes, which means you can satisfy a craving without the guilt of ordering out.
  • The sweet-heat combo is genuinely addictive and feels fancy enough to impress people without any pretension.
02 -
  • Don't skip the preheated baking sheet—it's the difference between a limp flatbread and one with actual structural integrity and crispness.
  • The honey infusion needs just a minute or two to develop, so don't add it to the flatbread until right after it comes out of the oven, or it'll just slide right off.
03 -
  • If your pepperoni cups slightly in the oven (which is normal), you've got the right temperature—that crispy edge is what makes it sing.
  • Making two flatbreads? They'll finish at slightly different times depending on thickness, so keep an eye on them separately rather than assuming they're done at exactly 12 minutes.
